Our Team
Ron DeTomaso
Ron has spent nearly four decades in the residential remodeling industry. He began his career in 1987 working in the field for a local roofing company, where he developed the hands-on experience and craftsmanship that continue to guide his work today.
After spending several years working out in the field, Ron founded Titan Construction in 1997. In 2010, the company was rebranded as DeTomaso Construction to reflect the family values that have always been at the heart of the business.
As Owner and Estimator, Ron works closely with homeowners from the very beginning of the remodeling process. He helps clients develop their vision while balancing design, functionality, and budget.
In his free time, Ron enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
Farrah DeTomaso
Farrah grew up in the remodeling industry, learning the business from an early age while working alongside their dad, Ron. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago in 2019, they spent several years in Chicago before returning to Minnesota in 2022 to join DeTomaso Construction as the Office Manager.
Farrah helps keep projects moving behind the scenes by coordinating billing, assisting with product selections and costs, and serving as a resource for clients throughout the remodeling process.
Farrah enjoys building relationships with clients and helping make the remodeling process feel approachable, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.
In their free time, Farrah enjoys cycling, drumming, and spending time with their wife, Myrna, and their 5 pets
Vince DiCosimo
Vince brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning residential remodeling and commercial construction.
He got his start working alongside Ron in the field for a local roofing company. When Ron launched Titan Construction in 1997, Vince joined the team and worked his way from the field into management and sales.
Over the years, Vince owned and operated his own residential remodeling company before spending a decade in commercial construction management. In 2026, he came full circle by rejoining Ron and becoming part of the DeTomaso Construction team.
With decades of hands-on experience, leadership, and problem-solving skills, Vince has seen just about everything a jobsite can throw his way. As Project Manager, he works closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and the DeTomaso team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish.
In his free time, Vince enjoys golfing, tackling projects around the house, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
